About Me:
My name is Sai Rajesh and i was born in the Bay Area and have lived there all my life. My interests include watching football, building things, and photography. I have recently acquired an interest in photography and I use a Canon 60D to capture my favorite pictures.
My favorite types of photography are HDR and still-life photography. Though I do enjoy taking 'lomo' portraits I definitely prefer still-life/landscape and HDR. Some of my inspirations in photography are Jan Rambousek, Andrew Vernon, and Tim Clarke, who can be found at their individual websites or under the inspiration tab.
In my digital photography class I took at school, I learned most if not all of the skills I utilize in my photography today. I learned to edit portraits and how to merge HDRs using Adobe Photoshop. I also learned what auto-bracketing was and how auto-bracketing works. I learned how to change exposures and use them to my advantage and all about the different settings that are on my camera. I learned about white balance and how much it could affect my picture. Finally, I learned how to edit my photos to make them look as if they were taken with a Lomo Camera and that by far is my most favorite skill that I've picked up.
